Who is this for?
Business owners and their teams who want to use AI in their real work but don't know where to start, or who are tired of generic videos and PDFs. Typical teams are 2 to 25 people, but we also work with solo owners.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is taught in plain English, step by step, with someone beside you. If you can use email, you can do this.
How many people can attend a workshop?
It depends on the format. We scope each workshop to your team. Tell us your team size on the contact form and we'll suggest the right option.
Can you come to us, or train remotely?
Yes. We're based in Orange County, California, and run workshops at your location. We can travel for workshops elsewhere, and strategy calls and many training sessions work well over video.
What do we leave with?
A written AI opportunity map, a tool investment guide, a prompt and template playbook for your business, quick-start cards for each role, a 30-day action plan, and at least one working automation.
Which AI tools do you cover?
Whatever fits your business. We compare popular chat assistants, scheduling and phone tools, content tools, and add-ons for the software you already use.
Is my data safe?
We never use real client, patient or payment data in training exercises. We use sample data and teach you what's safe to put into AI tools. For legal or compliance questions, like HIPAA, we recommend checking with your own counsel.
What if we're not ready for AI?
That's a perfectly good outcome of a discovery call. We'll tell you honestly, and point you to a lighter first step like a single call or the beginner course.
How much does it cost?
